Every 4th day with the phenibut and you should be fine. I think you meant a long half life.

Hmmm...good to know.
OP - tell me more of what you know about L-Theanine. It was recommended to me by a friend to take instead of drinking alcohol or taking Xanax for flying last Spring. It did not work. I have noticed some light effects taking 300mg, you say you take up to 1200mg a day. Do you take that all at once, or in 2-3 doses?

I do 100mg theanine and 50mg theanine morning and noon along with 100mg caffiene and 50mg caffiene same times. I would take theanine with caffiene it noticably boosts effects
I seem to notice its effects when doing heavy cognitive work ie programming, meditation, cleaning. Its like low dose amphetamines or caffiene in that sense. You dont realize its effects till you start doing something where you would otherwise not be able to function at 100%

I used to take 10g-12g of phenibut a day. Ran out 4 days before court, god that sucked. Stay away from that shit if you have teh "take it till it's gone" personality

This is so dumb I don't even know where to begin. First of all, each substance has to be analyzed individually. You cannot simply say that ALL nootropic substances do X, especially not something so ridiculous as to cause slurring. Turmeric would never do anything like that. Second of all, I have taken a lot of drugs. When I don't experience any subjective changes, I stop taking it. It's that simple. Taking nootropics doesn't make you incapable of exercising or meditating. For some people, it can be difficult to get motivated to do those things if they are suffering from some sort of bodily abnormality, like inflammation. Most people can reduce inflammation by eliminating all dietary sources of inflammation, but Turmeric also works as an antioxidant, which can slow down the aging process and provide a natural feeling of youthful vitality.
