Bohm's proposition is not a new language as such, rather a new modality with which to use current language.

Short answer to your question, his idea does avoid the ontological, epistemological, and psychological commitments of which you speak, and will still allow examination of opposing views. The form itself contains no more innate bias than the current common form of language. It is possible for the common interpretation of the form, however, to lead to a certain bias towards interdependency, in the same manner the common interpretation of the current form may lead to a bias towards subject-centricity.
