Whew I went for Thanksgiving Dinner with P. cyanescens

Okay, my daughter invvited me for dinner with my Grandchildren, ages 9, 14, and 16.

Here is a picture of the road we were driving down. Can anyone here tell me about where I might be.

And also what direction I am heading in?

anyway, on the road to where I went?



On the way to their house we stopped and got some gas. While in the gas Station I noticed a grouping of shrooms planted in some mulch lovated in the grass and mulched garden planted around the sidewalk by the pumps.

I then borrowed a knife from my friend and I cut the shrooms, just a small grouping and that was in the whole small mulched in area of the Gas Station.

Here then is a picture of the shrooms we found.

I would venture your most likely going east as thats the direction most of our mountains are in and the lack of population and overall shittyness would suggest someplace around darrington perhaps. Just a wild guess. Pretty fucking good shroom picking right now huh MJ

Not really Cardboard, there are a lott of pinners uyp buit they are not coming in clusters and clumps and not many cepitose. I did see lots the other day with DH on Tuesday but they are all of the small sizes and that is due form the earlier lack of heavy rains in September and also becasue of the mild freeze which did wipe out many other locations which I was aware of and have seen shrooms growing before the freeze. I really will not know how good until I find a large patch of my own except for the few small ones I know if. I think the Clear cuts are due for a visit from me. More later.

God dammit MJ dont argue with what a i say because when i see things with my own eyes (clumps of cyans) and then you say i havent it really kinda upsets me. Besides this thread was about me and you arguing about how many mushrooms may or may not be coming up. Where was the picture of you driving taken at?? Sweet fucking christ climb off your high horse MJ.

Hey Cardboard,

I was not arguing with you. I was making a statement of my observations in the Seattle area about the shroom growth and habitat conditions. And then i complimented you with have a shroomy day and then Concretefeet comes along and asks us to play nice. i reread my post and there is nothing negative towards you or anyone. Just my observations regarding your post to me.

And the question about my where was I going was in regards to my visiting my daughter and grandchildren. There is nothing about high horse there. I was just surprised to find cyans in an area where they never before were known to be found.

as for where am I in the picture on the highway, it was taken on highway 2 in Sultan going towards Stevens Pass and was not that hard to figure/ I posted it on several sites on the web and most of the responses were that it appeared I was heading East. OF corse I had named before at this site where my daughter was living becasue she located me ont he internet after her mother kidnapped her from me 27 years ago and I told the story of how she found me from my art site in France and did not known she was living so close to me she was all of these years. And you in your post even respoinded that I was going east. Buit there are also mountains in the west: The Olympics.

And concrete, I was not sarcastic to Cardboard or anything for him to respond to me the way he did and I did not flame him back. I only responded to his post to me and there is nothing negative in my post to him.
