Cool fact, but it doesn't really imply anything. The CIA embraced the use of LSD for military purposes in the 1950s. Charles Manson embraced the use of LSD for the purposes of starting a race war in the 1960s. The Pakistan Intelligence Service embraced the use of LSD when they organized the terror attack on Mumbai in 2008.

Acceptance of various chemicals means nothing compared to acceptance of freedom of thought, and the Islamic world is totally losing this game due to the rigidity of their religion, despite having produced impressive results a thousand years ago.
