hey there buddy. go to the pf homepage and look under the double ended casing tek. that works great. also, to rehydrate the cakes you could put a small hole on the top of the cake. put a good sized straw tightly in and fill with water every once and a while.

Glad your cakes worked out so far. You might try sitting them directly on some damp perlite to re-hydrate them and get them to pin again. It's supposed to work very well. I'm sure others will have some more ideas for you.
