Gonna end up long, not sure which you'd really call worse. I'm clumsy as shit and heavily prone to injuring myself. This is just some of the most painful.
1. This one goes first because I nearly died. At around 5ish me and my cousin were playing in my room when my cat attacked me. This was a stray cat that we rescued, I guess it had been abused before we took it in because it was MEAN. It would literally chase my friends around the house like a pitbull, and you didn't want it to catch you because it would attack, not just bat at you and hiss. Don't ask why we kept it after this happened 10+ times. I have no idea. Anyways it jumps on my back and starts clawing at my head ripping everything up. I nearly bleed to death. I have to get a ton of stitches with no pain medication, I recall the doctor saying there was no time and that I would just bleed it out anyways. I now have a HUGE phobia of needles. Last time I went to the dentist, once she stuck me with the needle, I ended up having a seizure like episode after suffering a panic attack and passing out.
2. Jumping on a trampoline my friend super jumps me (where you end up getting propelled twice as high). My feet were above the top of my (1 story) house's roof. I came down back first, and the first thing to make contact was the back of my head, on the metal pipe that makes up the frame. This was after the padding had been long removed because it never stayed on. For weeks I swear my brain was shaking when I moved my head. It really felt like my brain was sloshing around and hitting the insides of my skull. Grandma didn't end up taking me to the hospital for this, don't remember why. I still suffer effects from that day (namely Occipital Neuralgia, self diagnosed but I'm 100% positive that is what it is, I didn't put these pieces together til recently though.)
3. I was climbing out of the attic when I slipped. I still still partly 'in' the attic when I fell, I was at the top of the ladder for the record. I fell backward and my back hit the closet door, the next thing to make contact, and to take the full brunt of my weight landing on the HARDWOOD floors, was my ass, specifically my tailbone. I have to imagine THAT is how painful child birth is. It is hands down the most painful thing I've ever experienced in my life, nothing else even comes CLOSE. I was 15 5'2'' and all of 120 pounds soaking wet and ended up chugging (and I do mean chug, it was gone in 20 mins) an entire fifth of Gold Rum that night. The alcohol poisoning was by far easier to tolerate than the pain. Even that drunk I still needed 3 pillows to sit on.
4. Swimming where I really shouldn't have been. The local bayou where people go to fish and get drunk and toss their broken beer bottles apparently. We were wading out through the mud (knee deep mud) and got about 20 feet out when I stepped on a bottle (or maybe a clam shell but I really think it was a bottle) and slice the SHIT out of my foot. The cut is about a half inch deep and 2-3 inches long on the ball of my foot. My big toe now points inward way farther than it should so I guess I cut a tendon or something? Anyways I get to wade back through 20 feet of knee deep mud with this HUGE GASH in my foot. Wonder I didn't die of infection. Oh I forgot to add, I have a bad habit of refusing to go to the hospital, probably because of entry 1. I treated this myself with hydrogen peroxide, butterfly stitches, neosporin and gauze.
5. Pissed off an lonely. I couldn't take it, was losing my mind. I hate being alone, I really, really hate it (which is strange because I'm also a VERY reclusive and solitary person). Ended up losing my temper and punched a window. My brother had just done it the day before and cut the shit out of his finger, I should have known better. Anyways, my hand goes through and I'm not cut or anything, but then I pull back and slice my wrist open. It's pretty damn bad, it looks like I tried to my hand off with a meat cleaver or something. When it happened I just starred at my wrist in shock, not sure what to do. My friend who was standing there started panicking. I was sure at any second it was going to start gushing blood and that I was about to die. I grabbed a towel and wrapped it tight. After 10 minutes passed and I saw no real blood (there was some, but it wasn't gushing like you'd expect from slashing your wrist) I opened the towel to inspect the damage.. I got lucky and didn't cut the vein. Again treated with butterfly stitches and shit.
Some of the other more painful ones I've gone through were a 2 inch catfish spine all the way through my hand (well nearly, it didn't piece the skin on the other side, but you could clearly see the point poking up), flayed open my thumb with the stupid punched metal wrench they give you with power tools (that edge from the punch is REALLY sharp) and had a peice of splintery 1/4inch thick wood under tension release and smack me right in the eye. I couldn't even open my eyes for a week. For the week after that I had to have sunglasses on in my room (which doesn't let sunlight in) with no lights on. I couldn't watch TV or get on the computer or anything.

With my face against the floor I can’t see who knocked me out of the way.
I don’t want to get back up but I have to so it might as well be today.
Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear.
I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear.
You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being
With your face all made up, living on a screen. Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline
