I went to an alt. School I Aced all my testes and did work when I was there, not too often, and if I was I was high, weed, shrooms, and dxm. I think my biggest problem was I quickly grew bored, I worked faster than most, and the work was repetitive. I didn't graduate because I just stopped going :shrug: now I need to get my ged which I'm sure I won't have a problem with but I did 5 years of high school and still did graduate. So I'd love and go back to do it right. It's not like it was hard at all, I was just too busy being a stupid teen.

Fuck no. High school was hellish for me. It was better before high school, it was better after high school. I'd literally prefer to relive any other period of my life.

I do wish I'd done better in my classes in high school, but that doesn't mean I'd want to relive it to "do it differently". I pretty much just finished making up for it in CC anyway, so reliving high school would pretty much mean doing exactly what I've been doing for the past couple years except my parents force me to go to bed at night, I don't do drugs, and I hang out with fucking kids all day. Demotion.

Yeah, I went to art school..which I guess could be considered alternative school. I usually skipped school to go take my horse out on the trails with my friend on nice days. My friends still joke about the fact that I barely showed up. I honestly have nooo clue how we didn't have problems with the truancy officer. The last couple months of school I skipped all the time to go to work, it was my first job in a theatre doing something related to my career path - and I loved it and was working many many hours to the point where I ended up so exhausted I fell asleep driving to school and crashed my car :facepalm:. I didn't give a shit about school at that point, I was practically daring them not to pass me. Suffice to say, my teachers were very lenient and I had no problems graduating. lol art school.

I think that sometimes too, I'd probably know exactly what to say and do to make my first crush work, etc.

But then you think about it some more and realize you're basically a creepy old person manipulating children in order to gratify your own burnt-out passions with their innocence. You've become a soul-eating monster who should never have seen the light of day.

I only had a few very close friends in high school, avoided crowds. I've always hated crowds, still do, I gotta control the crowd to make sure numskulls don't get in and make me embarrassed to be alive. :omgz:

Anyway, one of those friends is still very close with me now, I guess it mite b cool to relive the glory days of playing Pokemon in math class together. :ohboyohboyohboy:

If I could go back to right before the first day of highschool

I would drop the fuck out, take placement tests and go straight to college.

Seriously my teachers were so worthless in HS. I had like 3 or 4 really good teachers throughout my 4 years and the rest just made me facepalm on the stupid shit we were forced to do. They did not prep you for college or anything. Its all bullshit.

I had to take General Chemistry for a year because I never bothered with it and got an F in high school. Chemistry is hard, it eats up a lot of time. I often really do wish I'd just put the fucking Game Boy down for that class. But I mean, butterfly effect and all, my life would probably be unpredictably different if I had done high school differently :shrug: maybe for the worse.

I wouldn't want to relive my high school experience but if I could change the health issues that I had back then, I would LOVE to go back. It's crazy to try to think about how different my life would be if I could've just changed those circumstances. I would've had four years in high school instead of my two. I definitely had more of a college experience than a high school experience though I always had my own place. I never did the dorm thing. Maybe I would go back to try that out but I don't know about that one.

Hard to even wrap my head around it honestly. If I were to go back but knew that I still had the health issues, there's basically a 0% chance that I'd want to relive those times. Those are circumstances out of my control so going back wouldn't change much.

Hell no.  I couldn't image being a pissant little shithead again.  Life is so much better with social standing, financial stability, and the wisdom that came with aging.

What's even more mind blowing is that more than a decade later, the same guys are hanging out  with the same sort of social groups doing the same high schools things they were doing so long ago.  Except with babies.

I never did drugs in high school, but still got mostly all Fs. If i could go back i would do drugs because it wouldn't have made much of a difference anyway. shit, i'd probably be doing better if i did..
