Police CAN open the car door, order someone to exit the vehicle, and SEARCH the passenger compartment of the car without probable cause and without suspicion of a crime.

that is not what the 4th amendment says.

I also dont give a fuck what the supremely corrupt court says.

You can say that as long as you would like. Once again, your ignorance of the American judicial system is showing.

Do you not understand who or what the Supreme Court is, or what they do?
I don't agree with every Supreme Court ruling. I don't even support the upholding of ethical or moral values. Nonetheless, I understand the function of my governing bodies; better than you do, at that.

Don't trick yourself into thinking that cops won't search your shit if it is unlocked, or that the courts will uphold your precious rights. Just be careful in any circumstances.

I'm no lawyer, but aren't "stop and frisks" different from a warrant less seizure? In the instance you provided, the officer had a probable cause to search them because he thought they were casing the play, which they were indeed doing. Being pulled over and a cop asking to search your car doesn't really provide probable cause because there's no possible threat present. I mean the cop can illegally search you, but I'm not too sure if it'd hold up in court.

and plus I thought "stop and frisks" were deemed unconstitutional...?

Terry frisks are constitutional for officer safety if the officer has reasonable suspicion that the subject has a weapon.  No suspicion of a crime is necessary.

Further, Terry has been expanded to vehicle frisks as well.  See Arizona v Johnson and Michigan v long.
