What to grow some allenii wondering what the process is and yes i have use the search function can i just do a monotub but insted of coir use hpoo with a verm casing or do i need woodchips cardboard whatever i have no exp with these or cyans but hear they are simaliar any info for the experinced is much appreciated

Well i was told to cultivate them exactly as you would Psilocybe Cyanescens or Psilocybe Azurecens. So yes i think wood chips would be a must, and I think you could only grow them outdoors, unless you had a fancy setup.

But, as I just recently got my prints, this is all based off what I heard during the giveaway. :wink:

I haven't had a chance to use my Allennii prints yet; but from everything I've heard/read you grow them exactly like Ps. Cyanescens. Which means you would need to do them out doors to get any kind of a decent yield.

I would start them in early spring. Just after the last frost. Though you could probably get away with doing it sooner if there is a week or two that is particularly warm. The mycelium would just need a chance to recover before any kind of bad temp drop or freeze.

What would be the best temps cause spring is 70 and 80 by may its 90 and up with 100 percent humidity around here the real deep south

I'm in TN and I had planned on starting my patches the second or third week of March; sadly life has happened and I haven't got around to starting my spawn. I don't think I'll be able to meet my goal. 

I would probably start them in early spring if I were you. With luck you may have a some shroomies by Fall, but more likely you will have to wait a full year before you see much. Regardless of when you start it.

Oh yea why dont u post a link show what to do with examples from people that actually did it because i have read everything from grow them just like u would cubes to azures but have yet to read where someone actually grew them
