Nootropic stack.

Any of you have personal experience with stacking nootropics?

  Do you have a favorite combo?
 
  Is there one that does what you want to the point there would be no need to add another element?

So far I have had piracetam, aniracetam, Hyperuzine, and Phenibut.

  I have really noticed the mental clarity and pleasant mindstate of the aniracetam, and the mellowing qualities of phenibut.

I have only stacked one time when I had been taking piracetam, and then had a "alpha brain" in combo.  unfortunately the alpha brain has too many different constituents to say what was the major factor, but it had quite a reverse effect from what I was looking for.  In fact it felt like serotonin depletion.

What are your experiences?

phenibut can get physically addicting, so don't go crazy with that shit.


and i would seriously recommend getting some DMAE


and if you feel like your serotonin is depleted, get some 5-Htp.

phenibut is reserved for occasional insomnia/ or anxiety attack.

at least for me.

I always take Choline with nootropics. (as alternative to DMAE)

Not sure if it came across correctly, but the serotonin depletion was a 1 time deal.  and I am pretty sure it was the fact that they included L-dopa from cowitch in the blend called "alpha brain".  They have since taken that ingredient out and replaced it with L-tyrosine which I feel was a super smart move.

I have 5-HTP and it works pretty well for about 5-6hours and then I crash pretty hard.  I never really crash off nootropics.
