SGFC's do not need FAE supplementation. They do great without mods.
Fans have proven to be more detrimental then beneficial in 100% of experiments in this style.

Properly construct an SGFC exactly as the tek describes, and you will succeed without a doubt.

If you're talking about to fan out the chamber after misting, then yes it would be perfect.

If you wanted to rig it up in the SGFC that is not such a good idea....me personally i use one of these to fan out my SGFC....

Yea I'm just talking about fanning after misting my taped down syran wrap lid doesn't seem to hold up well to fanning

I use a tuper ware lid or a piece of cardboard :shrug:

Yeah dude.
  I use the little battery powered ones that run on two AA batteries..
  (Borat voice) great success....
