temp too high for my SGFC?
    #11367402 - 11/02/09 06:21 AM (14 years, 2 months ago)

Sometimes my thermometer reads 85F in my SGFC, is that too high?
It seems to me that the temp inside SGFC is always higher than the temp outside the SGFC.

It nearly always is, leading to condensation on non-shotgun terrariums.

Chances are, the temp only rises when your lights are on.  Try using a light that puts out less heat, or move it farther away.  However, during the daylight hours, 85F isn't bad.
