I was just absolutely irate when I found the damage last night, and didn't end up sending the email. I don't hate the dog but the frustration can be overwhelming at times, and to anyone who doesn't work full time and own a dog on your own, you have absolutely no room to talk.
The dog was trained well at a younger age, and knows basic commands like the back of his paw, but more recently seems to ignore them.
What's weird is a dog training class seems to have triggered all the bad behavior, as thats when he got major aggression towards other dogs, and will growl and nip at anyone who walks up to him. I think it's more playful than aggression, but he has drawn blood before, and has barely missed a few face nips in the last couple months.
This has led to me barely being able to manage him on walks without pinning him to the ground to calm him, and has made going outside or anywhere with him almost impossible. I have no idea what to do, reward him every second he is not biting someone, or a shock collar?
It's like shit took a nose dive since I put him in a puppy class, and has since gone down in flames, and I'm not sure how to turn this ship around.
