Why believe in past lives if they will prevent this one from being free?

good question ArmFromTheAbyss1.

c_mathimatics

I don't believe in past lives so it hard to understand what is going on. Remember you are living your live NOW and anything in the past shouldn't affect you now (I know it easier said than done, I know).

maybe he ment "gay" like "that was gay dude". you know what I mean.

well good luck and keep us posted

peace

Gey, straight, bi. When you realise that the terms just don't fucking matter to who you are, it's a liberating thing.

People's sexuality -- hell, people, period -- can't be quantified in a binary manner. Most "gay" people have had heterosexual experiences. Most "straight" people have had gay experiences.

You are who you are. Try and let the labels fall away; they don't matter.

Computer games don't affect kids. I mean if Pacman affected our generation as kids, we'd all be running around in a darkened room, munching pills and listening to repetitive electronic music.

I wish I could help but I'm lost

If you're worried about being gay dont be. Cuz you would know if you were.

If you're worried you're in a false reality, ummm, fuck lol. Keep explaining what that means.

On the other hand, psychologists and psychiatrists have said that they may be caused by a chemical imbalance, and in this way american psychology is weak.

I concur.  While I'm not one of those people who belives that no psychological drugs are needed and that everything can be solved though counselling, I think that they are, by and large, overprescribed and incorrectly used as a permanant solution rather than a temporary injuction to get things in order.

The neat thing about the brain is that it can change -- it can alter the way that it's put together, and it can induce itself to change its own chemistry.  I think a lot of people out there could be helped, in the long run, a lot more through leaning, well, how to not be depressed/insane/whatever, or how to deal with it, than through the use of (non-recreational) mind-altering chems.   Of course, this is work, and most people either don't have the inclination or, unfortunately, the resources, to do things 'the hard way,' even if I'm not full of shit and just talking out my ass.
