Kind of off topic, but I love dreams that take place in my real environment. The first dream I can remember was in my neighborhood. They always seem very real, I get visual detail that isn't normally there in the more abstract dreams.

The dream world parallels the real world. Work out the things that are bugging you in real life and then you will sleep easily. I know, easier said than done.
