xbox hardrive

alright so ive been searching everywhere an its mad annoying but alright, i need to save my game memory for skyrim on this usb harddrive from the Xbox 360 and it says write-protected when i try to save it. it wont save till its not write-protected

i have a mac too

help me!

try formating the usb in pc form from your mac then try it

i keep trying to
alright, i was using disc utility an i tried to erase it and then re format it but it just doesnt change at all for some reason. an then i tried partioning 20gb for the xbox since the geek squad guy said it can only hold 20 gb when u try to use it for the xbox.

alright what about a blank cd? would i be able to put it into the xbox and use that?

or do 20 gb flashdrive cost cheap?

well your only trying to save one game dont think you need a full 20 gig flash drive cause thats gonna be a bit pricey.

do you have access to a wincrash machine at all?

ps: a blank disc wont do the trick.. the xbox doesnt have read write capabilities

-.- dam ill try to pik up a flash drive. you see the dumbasses at best buy said they had the holiday bundle that comes with 2 games and its the same price as a regular xbox 360 wit the big harddrive. an i go an buy it, an then it turns out they gave me a regular one, an i called them an then they said come in we'll exchange it, an then i go there an then they say that it doesnt come out for fuckin 5 days:facepalm::orry: , an i was dying to play skyrim
