Yeah so here is my new toy. 41 qts, outside heat required. It is not an All American. It is made by DA Kadan, a medical company. The thing is big and intimidating. It seems identical to most AA steroclaves, but I have no directions, atleast no manual which I really wish I had.

I swindled it from the estate i work and live on :grin:
There having a kitchen refit, theres also a simular sized steamer :-) i may nick.
