chaos theory or something like it

i read that theres this part of chaos theory, i forget what it's called, that hypothesises that a butterfly flapping its wings in Peking can affect storm systems in New York... this led me to think... this is almost a theory of karma, what goes around comes around... so ive started doing good deeds and waiting for good things to happen to me :grin:
