Well the act of pissing on him isn't simply for disciplinary actions.  It's to put down clearly YOU ARE THE MAN.  It's for all past and future actions to come.  You gotta show him you are the alpha male.  I don't know if this would work for females.



To answer your question though, you'd clearly have to whip it out and piss on him NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  Asking for permission from house guests would just lead anyone to believe you aren't really in control of the situation.  TAKE FULL CHARGE!

no not asking if i may urinate on my dog in their presence.  that is obviously counter productive to being alpha male.  I am simply inquiring if i should request my house guest to urinate on my dog to correct the behavior of hopping up on them. do you think it better i just piss on the dog instead?

This, if THEY pee on YOUR dog, he will feel like he is THEIR property.

My dog tried to bite me when I tried to do that the last time, which is another main reason I drug him into a tub and pissed all over his face.  He was beyond upset.

I fully agree and then some.  Any act of physical force doesn't register in a dogs mind IMO, male urine obviously effects male dogs, and keeps them within boundaries.  Hitting a dog just teaches it to defend itself in the long run, pissing on it shows you are the man.

well i am going to try it.  my dog just has not done anything wrong yet. 

i am considering keeping some urine in a spray bottle in case i dont have to go right then at that moment.

I agree.  I particularly liked the use of the word "all" in the title.  As in "I pissed ALL over my dog's face", not just "I pissed on my dog's face". 

It's stylistic touches like this that really make a thread IMO.
