I enjoy disc golfing myself, keeps me active and social, really the only thing that keeps from going full blown couch potato. :thumbup:

In general I just run with my dog, climb trees, and of course jack off. It has kept me healthy through many bouts of munching

I really like to push myself when i am weight lifting, jogging, hiking, or cycling. The mental stamina i've developed through my physical hobbies has translated directly into mental stamina in my daily life.
