Torturing Innocents.
    #12932087 -

Sometimes when I see a adorable innocent, vulnerable, developing, low self esteem, naive being I feel this growing urge to deprive and keep the being in captivity. I feel like making the animal or human squeal in agony, yet I don't hate this beings necessarily I just find pleasure in the thought of torturing them. When I'm with my girlfriend, who has low self esteem and can be naive at times, the urge to lock here in a cage and make here cry sounds so appealing. The thought of me making here cry and have an emotional breakdown is very enjoyable.:uptosomething:

Does anyone else ever feel this way?

So if I embrace these urges I will eventually end up doing them?

Perhaps.  Most people who embrace those urges probably dont act on them.  But every body who does act on them did so by embracing the urges.

I was thinking more about the harm to yourself actually...  There are alot of ways embracing such thoughts could do harm.  You could just become a controlling douche bag, or a full on killer.  Or you could live a fulfilling life with healthy relationships all the while embracing thoughts of torture and oppression on your loved ones.  What do you think?

No, but I would enjoy torturing people who torture innocents. :shrug2:

Hmmmm reminds me of the movie American Psycho, where he imagines killing multiple woman and collies. Shock overcomes him when he discovers it was all in his mind. He was so obsessed with his fantasies that they blended into his reality. Maybe I can control them and let them flow, it's too thrilling to just ignore them. I'll keep nurturing them and see where that takes me, if things get out of hand I'll get professional help.

I just love the thought of torturing stupidity and insecurity.

I feel very sorry for you. Very sorry. I hope it's something you can come to grips with. And if not I hope something puts you out of your misery. I applaud your honesty, I guess.

My misery? What misery, I feel only a slight feeling of guilt. I think I'm already coming to grips with it.

Look man,
everyone has repressed feelings, things that they lie to themself about... and these things often become expressed in strange behaviors/fetishes

Everyone is confused. Everyone is in some sense is naive. No matter how you understand the world there is no correct way...

I am not saying there is a right or wrong, but i think if you can wholly embrace yourself your inclination to such thoughts will cease...

By this, do you mean that you're actively trying to change the way you think about "innocents", or do you just mean that you're merely beginning to accept this part of yourself?
