Try a little Ginger Tea, along with the Lemon & Lime Tek method - that way you wont get any nausea and you can use less material (1.5-2g Psilocybes and about 2.5-3 grams Amanitas - both powdered - also I find Amanitas taken with cold water work better than hot - so iced tea on the Amanitas); this should prevent you from puking. I also find that many people puke on Amanitas, and even some with Psilocybes. So, if you aren't someone with an iron stomach, it could prove to be difficult. Nothing a little Pepto-Bismol stomach coat can't cover (maybe about an hour or two before you consume the Mushrooms). Good luck if you ever feel the need to give the combo another another go!

Make sure you read the entire thing, it pretty much describes my personal experiences with L&L Tek Method, every time I have tried it. Hope you get worthwhile experience (without puking lol)!

The only experience I've had with this mushroom, I felt poisoned - terrible body cramps and sweating.  My senses were extremely heightened though, until I laid down to try to sleep off the terrible body load.  Then I had a "floating towards the light" experience in which I thought, "Oops!  Went too far this time!"

I've since read reports of people experiencing no bodily discomfort and that my experience could have been due to the particular area I got my shrooms from.

No it's not like Benadryl. In actuality, it is a very diverse entheogen, able to provide one with one experience one second and a completely different one another - sometimes depending on dosage and other times depending on the specimen itself. For example, there were times I've taken it and it has given me experiences to that of MDxx (Ecstasy), then there were times I've taken it and it was like LSA chock full of OEV/CEV's and body orgasms, then there were many of times I've taken it and it was exactly like how it's described in the video - an NDE experience.
