Im not defending him but he does have a point. We were lead to
believe that he had NOTHING on him. Which is false. Case closed.

I don't see why these post are always being stickied without any sort of proof that the said charges are real. Anyone could make up an elaborate (or not so elaborate) story for 100's of dollars, what gives?
I don't see anything wrong with critiqually examining a claim in which someone is asking for money.

Not to mention that other people could see this and try to take advantage of these situations themselves.

I give to bum's on the street and sometimes volunteer at a food bank, however these people are really in need, and its obvious to me. However these threads are not so. They always seem vague and for some damn reason no1 can ever produce any proof that they are real.

BTW, I liked the idea of the "proof of charges thing" through documentation BEFORE threads get stickied....I'm not saying MM is lying about his charges, but it'd be pretty easy for any member with 1,000 + posts to spin an elaborate scheme, give their paypal and reap the benefits.

The fact of the matter is I DID NOT have anything on me at the time of the arrest.

The drugs were found and brought to me while I was in the paddy wagon.

Whether or not I had drugs on me earlier that day is a different matter and something I need to talk to a lawyer and no one else about for my own safety's sake.

Im not leading anyone to believe anything that isnt true Im just stating the technicalities of the matter.
