 Are you shitting me? If his mom gave him money for legal fees, would she be aiding a fugitive?

You're living in fantasy land bro. Please stop fucking with this thread.

If you don't like it, then get out of the thread.
Dude needs a lawyer those are some serious charges, and they don't grow on trees.
You're the one in here accusing people of being heroin addicts and saying if we helped contribute to someones legal fees, and then suggesting they might go fugitive, the shroomery could be held responsible... get real bro.
Quit mudding up the thread with BS

Im not defending him but he does have a point. We were lead to
believe that he had NOTHING on him. Which is false. Case closed.

I wasn't led to believe that, nor was I responding to you.
If you don't like it, don't contribute to the thread. Pissing all over it isn't going to do any good.

I know MisterMuscaria personally.  He is not a heroin addict and is a generous guy.

You're just a tard trying to stir the shit pot.

Short and skinny - MM got popped and is not in a financial position to provide for a lawyer.  If anybody would like to help this respected Shroomery contributor, go ahead.  If you would not like to, don't.

IMO, present logical questions about the situation for MM to answer as truthfully as he can.

Viva La Revolucion.

Ill post where I want to post if you dont mind or ill take
the money I give to this site somewhere else.

So if pissing on this thread is doing no good what does doing good
look like in a thread like this?? Dude said he had nothing on him.
That turned out to be bullshit. I like MM but I do not think we should
donate if we were lead to believe in something that is not true.

My 2 fucking cents.

I don't see why these post are always being stickied without any sort of proof that the said charges are real. Anyone could make up an elaborate (or not so elaborate) story for 100's of dollars, what gives?
I don't see anything wrong with critiqually examining a claim in which someone is asking for money.

Not to mention that other people could see this and try to take advantage of these situations themselves.

I give to bum's on the street and sometimes volunteer at a food bank, however these people are really in need, and its obvious to me. However these threads are not so. They always seem vague and for some damn reason no1 can ever produce any proof that they are real.

He (or his friends) could buy a sheet or more of acid and go to a party and make some real money. Donations are BS. He won't pay a lawyer with a couple of 20$ donated here.

I'm assuming it's because of this thread:

Ah, that makes a lot of sense now about the fugitive thing.

thanks Happy.

BTW, I liked the idea of the "proof of charges thing" through documentation BEFORE threads get stickied....I'm not saying MM is lying about his charges, but it'd be pretty easy for any member with 1,000 + posts to spin an elaborate scheme, give their paypal and reap the benefits.

Also, Maekalvi got me thinking....whos syringe WAS it anyways???

The fact of the matter is I DID NOT have anything on me at the time of the arrest.

The drugs were found and brought to me while I was in the paddy wagon.

Whether or not I had drugs on me earlier that day is a different matter and something I need to talk to a lawyer and no one else about for my own safety's sake.

Im not leading anyone to believe anything that isnt true Im just stating the technicalities of the matter.

Having drugs in YOUR wallet that YOU ditched- is the same shit, you're just messing with the words in hopes of a better sentence.

lol...it's not like they found a random bag of drugs and were like "THIS HERE IS YOURS, right boy?"

True.
But they did find a syringe Id never seen before and said "This here is yours" and then on the affidavit said I admitted to it which is complete BS.

You can't really blame them considering you ditched your wallet with all your ID's and drugs in it.....

Anyways, was it a new syringe, or old? Did they show it to you?
