If you use a dish, Wash it.

Put dishes away.

Keep the house neat, i dont care about your room, i dont live there.

Clean the damn ash tray.

RECYCLE, and take the damn trash out.

Not really most roomates ive had do this anyway.

But i have had two that NEVER ever washed a dish.

After doing it for them for a week, i stopped. The sink was full of dirty dishes for 2 months....

I threw all his dishes away, and gave him paper plates, which he never threw away.

Worst year ever.

Aside from the Golden rule...

if you're sitting at a red light or in traffic or something like that, pull up to the car in front of you. Don't leave a fucking thousand foot gap in between you and the next car... it could affect people being able to reach a turn lane, etc.
