The title is an Of Montreal lyric. The way I interpret it is kinda like

Me: I'm gonna jump from the ground and go to space
Physics: No bitch, you get back down here

As if we're the bitches, physics is the pimp, and we can't do anything he doesn't take kindly to. So it's bitch as in "one who is controlled" not "one who bitches."
