Hey guys! I've been having some ideas for reforming our pretty rigid money system. I'll try to be clear. Please don't just say it won't work. We haven't ever tried anything like this before so offer some suggestions, criticism. That's fine.
The whole idea essentially is that my wealth is your wealth is then wealth of everyone.
First we need to solidify the money in the system and quit paying interest to a central bank, with the money supply constantly increasing. We can't have that because you need to keep throwing exponentially more money into the system just to pay off the debt and where we are at it can't go on forever.
So if we first had a dollar worth a dollar and not 90 cents or whatever the central banks intreats rate is, we would have a steady amount of money and 0 inflation over time and as the economy expands in size, coin a proportional amount of money to compensate so the value of our dollar remains constant for the long run.
That is and will have to be said and done Wether we do it before the crash or wait till after regardless of where my idea goes.
My idea from a that point, from a stable long term economic system when dollars represent the whole value of what they represent without interest to a central bank, that interest that would go to the central bank just keeps on going around in the system to keep things running as it should be. Sorry, my idea is almost like having a form of community investment in everybody. Almost like insurance but more like investment in your own supply of money and in turn every bodies.
The idea is that we all have our ups and downs, many of us have a surplus of. Money at times while those around us may be struggling. The is that we would all pay a small percentage into a community fund that wouldngo to paying back everybody, like paying taxes essentially but instead ongoing to build roads or schools , 100% of it goes directly back into everyones pockets.
Essentially it would be like a community bank that blurs the line between your bank account, and the next persons bank account to an extent... Making your money, and their money flexible. In a sense joining together our collective worth, and in an economy where money is not being constantly funneled out to pay interest to a central bank, money would inherently no longer be a scarcity, and instead it would be allotted proportionally to each one of us as a whole at or above what we would consider a plentiful amount to live comfortably. And in such a society where the amount of money in circulation would be enough for each and every one of us, it would be of great benefit to all to have a flexible investment in each other.
Although in our current money system / society this idea wouldn't work because whoever has money wants to keep it and doesn't want to support the rest who would just take their money from them, so there would be no point to invest if you won't get anything back.
Hypotheically if we quit paying a huge portion of our money supply to pay off the debt of having mo ey I. The first place, there would no longer be a dwindling supply of money... I'm going in circles, but I hope you guys can see what I'm saying. There would be a constant amount of money in constant circulation, and money would only be created as more people join the market, and proportionally to maintain the value of the dollar. Then, a portion of our earnings, or a percentage essentially, or really not even that... Mainly symbolically, saying this is how much you have invested in the whole and really you keep all of it, and if one person dropped out of the market by losing a job, he still needs money to eat, but that at the same time as a whole since he isn't maiming that money for himself anymore that would mean that money would go back to everyone else still in the system... Which would mean some very small percentage lime 0.0001% of a gain in everyone elses potential earnings...
So do we all take that super small fraction of a cents worth and allow it to cycle back as a 0.0001% extra potential dollar for you and me and let him starve as he looms for a job? Or do we say, one one billionth of a cent out of everyones pocket is worth giving up collectively so this guy can keep some flexible stream of income till he can move to a new job and join back In the collective pool.
Money is like air, or water, or food, or shelter.
For the most part we all need it.
What if we all gave up 30 percent each year of our air to one bank that controlled the air. Pretty soon none of us would be able to breath and that is exactly the case with our money. Essentially what I'm saying is we all have an equal investment In air and we do just fine sharing it to keep ourselves alive. And when someone starts to choke to death, many of us are trained to give the person some air! What's the benefit? We all stay alive, we all have enough money to live, guaranteed, no fighting over scarcity any longer.
I'd be willing to give my entire paycheck into that, if I could just go to the gas station and fill my car when I need to, or buy the salad when Im hungry.
Right now I know some people with more money than they could ever imagine what to do with it, so they tuck away these huuuuuuuuuge fortunes away ... While many people can't find the change for ramen. Really we can do things better than this. I know if just one of those guys with huge fortunes invested in all of us, everyone equally, ( given a constant circulation of money and no interest to one bank or group ) than what comes out of us will have to eventually come back to us, all being equally invested in each other.
If there were a steady, constant amount of money in circulation, enough for all of us, why not set it up along the lines of nature and share it, so we all can benefit
Eventually from that point money, the numbers would begin to disappear as it would become irrelevant. Why count your numbers to mine if we all own the same investment?
The only resource we count numbers now it seems is because someone owes someone.
And right now, everyone owes one bank. The central bank, at interest.
So circles in circles, hope you get it. Either way we can't keep pumping more money exponentially to pay off debt in our current system as that only creates more debt to be paid off with more money to be pumped in. It's unsustainable. So it's gotta change, and wether or not we all become slaves to a central debt or reform our money system to an equal investment for all... It's a choice we have to make as a whole sooner or later.
What do you guys think ? I'm. It asking do you think it will happen given our current politicians or government cause I already know that answer. Our current government it seems will do everything they can to keep us slaves to the central bank and the corporations, I don't see them taking any steps to make this a reality, the only way I see thisnhappening is sharing the idea, letting it get out there on it's own, the desire for each one of us for such a change, then one day proposing such a plan from the bottom up, as a whole, collective interest in such a change.
