Did my acid die?

So, yesterday I was pretty excited to trip my first time and I was positive I was getting acid. I went to the mall to hook up with a friend that was also buying some from the same guy and he's done acid quite a bit so he knows what to expect and everything. Well I hand my friend my $30 to go get 3 double hits from the guy since he knows him better than I do. One double hit for $20 so my friend spots me $10, he gets it we go into the bathroom and he hands me mine while he goes into the bathroom and takes his right away. It's 2 small square pieces of paper wrapped in a small piece of kleenex.

Since I wanted to take mine later I said bye and left, he was going to see Paranormal Activity with some other friends but I was going to stay over at a friend's house and split it with my other friend. I carried it in my hand mostly back to my car checking it every once in a while to make sure it was still in there because I couldn't feel it. I put it in an empty altoids tin and left it there for about 5 hours in my car until I went back out to get it.

I had the heat on in my car for a little bit on the way back but it never got too hot in my car. I also left it in my car while I was in his house, but it's was pretty cold last night, colder in my car than it would've been in his house. Anyways, we drop it, nothing happens. But, my other friend that bought tripped so I guess I must have killed it.

Is it really that easy to kill? What would be the ideal way to carry it and hold it for a while? I'm pretty pissed because I was looking forward to tripping last night but, I'll try again next weekend probably.

sounds dodgy that it was sold as "double hits" or that it came in kleenex

do you trust your friend that said he tripped?

Possible that you may have caused some degradation,  but i doubt it was enough to notice that if you took 2 hits nothing happened...?

It shouldn't have affected it that quick.

There is no such thing as a double hit. You can only fit so much on a piece of blotter. He probably ripped you off or something.

Anyway, I store mine in aluminum foil if the freezer until I use it.

Yeah, nothing at all happened. I'm pretty sure my friend tripped, that or he's a damn good actor and liar. He was getting kind of nervous when he did it and I saw it on his tongue. I also heard from a bunch of other people that were hanging out with him that he was tripping. So if he was lying it was a pretty elaborate lie to take $30 from me. And I know him pretty well and see him every day so to sell me bunk acid would be pretty low. I dunno though, It seems like the most logical answer though that he ripped me off.

You said you split it with a friend, so you ate one tab (double dipped is a bullshit myth)

How many did the guy you bought it from eat? More than one... like 2 or something...?

If so, you could have just got really weak LSD, i've had shit where 1 hit and i'm tripping hard and other stuff where it takes 2+ to just start tripping. Not all acid is laid equally, if the guy you bought it from ate more than you and tripped... he probably just get's weak shit. In which case 30 dollars is rediculous and I suggest finding someone else or asking for a discount.

Yeah, me and my friend both had one hit. And the one I bought it with had one hit. One, "double hit," that is.
Sucks I have yet to find any cool drug dealers yet. Everyone I know are just the kind that are in it to get fucked up and make some money. Hopefully that shit will come round full circle. fucking scumbags..
