I inoculated with a spore syringe.
I had shaken it briefly from time to time.
How important is 'shaking' up the syringe during inoculation procedure?

There is no mycelium growth after 3 days. Temp is 73 F
I'm using 12, 250 ml jars.

not that important. shake before inoculation and every time after that you intend to inoculate (after syringe sits for more that a few hours)
