This should be fun I'll try to talk yeah thru this if I can I do work alot the next four-five days but I sometimes browse the shroomery at night or before work.

Try to find things for you to do later on as you might not wanna go to far on day 4-5-6 idk the sun might fucking hurt, so I suggest you find some sunglasses if you don't have any. A bicycle is a must as it will keep you awake and energized just make sure to stick to sidewalks and bike paths, and to avoid cars in reverse.

KEEP ACTIVE AND BUSY and you'll be fine. Don't sit as much as possible and stay uncomfortable somewhat... You don't wanna fall asleep and ruin some hard work. So the longer you go the more uncomfortable you will have to become.

My favorite things to do on sleep deprivation are : light jogging, hike/run thru the woods(night time preferably)(after awhile you feel like an animal), expore the neighborhood at night, bike around, walk around, go downtown, take busses anywhere and everywhere, shower, jerk-off perhaps??(don't if that will make you sleepy), skateboard??(idk how old you are/fit), just do anything that will make you excited and release adrenaline.

It will be a memorable experience!!! trust me.

Nicotine, yes. There is a sort've high type feeling when smoking. Called a "nicotine buzz". New users usually experience a sick feeling, nausea i suppose, but when you get used to it you just feel weird. Short fast puffs does make it kick it faster but if you take a huge hit and hold it in until your body absorbs all the smoke definitely fucks you up also. Part of a nicotine buzz (and addiction) is from lack of oxygen to the brain, which makes you feel a little dizzy. Which is why cigarette smokers get addicted because your brain gets used to the lack-of-oxygen to the brain and when you begin to quit you're not used to it and it gives you headaches and cravings for nicotine. Yes, the nicotine buzz doesn't last long at all.

I smoke nearly a pack a day, so I do smoke a lot.

And using stimulants, etc. takes away from the trippiness of the deprivation.


I wouldn't mind you popping in and out every once in awhile, it'd help a lot.

I tend to play loud music when I'm tired, or go outside and smoke a cigarette. Sun usually wakes me up more than makes me tired, I'm sure it makes me tired later on but bright lights wake me up. I do skate but haven't recently, I suppose I could to pass time.. I have my deck around here somewhere.

I don't know.. I just can't lay down for a "few seconds" because I end up falling asleep, same with sitting on the couch to watch "a little tv", or sitting down to relax for "a little".

..one other thing. Usually when I'm awake I'm able to do something with my eyes where if I look at something (keep my eyes still) and concentrate, I'm able to completely flood my vision with blackness and I'm able to see a bunch of visuals. Now I can't do it and it's pissing me off mannnn.

Sounds weird but, I always do it when I'm bored.
