Calling all computer Geeks: (System Recovery Disks)

I'm trying to create my system recovery disks on my new laptop. I'm using  Dell DataSafe Local back up- Basic edition..When it asks me to insert a blank dvd i do, but than a message pops up the says "RMCPlg Wrapper has stopped working" And under that it says " A program cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available, blah blah blah.." ( we all know windows rarely finds any god damn solutions:rolleyes:)... so what is RMCPlg Wrapper and what does the message mean?

On a side note: im using Dual-layer blank dvd's, so i dont know if that matters or not.

Any suggestions
