Ya I get this, I just recognize I'm being an irrational fool whenever it happens in the hopes it will end. No such luck yet, perhaps a lessening though, certaintly more recognition puts it into perspective. Funny how thoughts spring up so spontaneously with little control.

So if I floss every day, is that because of my hero complex?

If I try to lose the habit of getting angry at people, is that because I'm a coward?  Maybe it just serves me better and fear has nothing to do with it.
