why cant i post pics on the ethnobotanical garden

for some reason it wont let me post any pics on this forum. It works on the pub and off topic forum, but not on this one, or the psycedelic experience or mush cultivation forum. i posted a pic yesterday and now it doesnt work. it either just comes up as a box with a rex "X" in it or nothing comes up at all. (when im viewing my post before i put it up)
