....which would be most of the males reading this. Most of you complain about the whole "nice guys finish last" paradigm. Well, I wrote down a few things for you. Read it and learn:
1. In order to get women in the first place you need to often establish status in a group. This means getting people to like you and look up to you. In order to do this you have to offer something that interests them. Become good at something that you can be admired for. Establish some scene, adventure, or accomplishment that interests and excites people.
2. Girls don't like submissive guys. Do you wait for others to initiate occurrences in social situations? Do you allow others to lead in conversations and interactions? Do you not have anything on your own mind and your own plate so that it appears as if you look to others to formulate things? Women don't like that stuff. They tend to like a guy who is at a similar or slightly higher "dominance level".
3. If you are not able to excel and be dominant in a certain social situation then leave it immediately by making it look like you have stuff to do and that it is no skin off of your back that you're leaving. But, be sure not to make it look like you failed in the social situation and that you have a chip on your shoulder because of it.
4. Women like guys who are confident, who have stuff going on, and who go after what they want. A lot of guys mistake this for women liking "The Asshole". Not true. Women like the confidence, charisma, and excitement of a guy who makes things happen. They are sometimes willing to deal with an asshole if said asshole exhibits these traits. But, if you have these positive traits and you are nice then you will have women all over you. If you don't have these positive traits then fake them until they truly appear in you.
5. When I say "nice" I mean being polite, upbeat, not bitter, and not having a chip on your shoulder. Nice doesn't mean fawning and wimpy. You need to be your own man with your own interests that are seperate from her. Familiarity breeds contempt. If you make yourself too available and easy to obtain then you will look desperate. If you cling to her, cater to her every whim, and don't have a backbone then she will quickly tire of you and become repulsed.
6. Never allow yourself to express being flustered, confused, dominated, outsmarted, or beaten. Always appear as if you have everything under control even when you don't.
Do this stuff and pussy will follow.  You can thank me later.
