PSMS Wild Mushroom Show this weekend

Washington hunters,

The Puget Sound Mycological Society is having their yearly wild mushroom exhibit saturday and sunday.  I went last year, they had a bunch of mushrooms out for people to look at, books, edible kits, pro's to ID mushrooms people bring in etc.  I'm probly gonna hit it up sometime this weekend and pick myself up a copy of GG&MM.  Just thought some others might be interested in attending.  Good chance to learn some of the more common local species and get things ID'd if you're unsure of them, they'll ID anything you bring them :wink: .

goddamn, i got all excited.
for me and the old lady, including gas and whatnot, that trip would cost me like 40 bucks.
i would go if the shit wasn't 7 bucks at the door.
i'm broke as shit.
damn.
looks fun.
the mount pisgah festival (mushrooms) is on october 27th, sunday...
that will have to do for me.

Thanks for the post DethHed! I was planning on attending this show on Sunday after I was informed about it by a woman at a Chimacum mushroom show las t week, but I couldn't find any information about it online. So now I know where to go :cool:

I was luck to have gone to almost every show there over the last 7 years or so, I miss washington, on days like today,.... Have fun!! :laugh:
