Need Help to ID wild mushrooms, w/ pics

Hey, I found these mushrooms growing around large eucaliptus trees in near San Francisco, CA. They were growing in a damp soil that had a lot of bark/woodchips in it. Recently there were a lot of rain storms in the area possibly contributing to the growth of all these mushrooms. The caps are a taupe color (taupe is a brownish grey) and some have a dull orange dot at the top center, others do not have this dot though. The cap textue is smooth and dry. The stalks are white, flimsey and very skinny. These resemble Conifer Psilocybe, but i am new at hunting and i am not sure. Anyone know what these are? Are they safe? Are they worth further research? Appreciate any help, thanks.

I tried to fix it. You don't have a file extension like 'jpg, gif, tif' etc...Rename your image and save it as a jpg. I'd really like to see what you found :)

Is there any blueing whatsoever on them? Because they sound like one of any of hundreds of LBM's...little brown mushrooms.

In about 20 hours time, some of the caps became a very dark almost black color, with a lighter dot near the top of the cap. These mushrooms are growing like none other on a near by golf corse, hopefully they are Conifer Psilocybe.
