Well the general point of Olympic drug testing is to prevent cheating.

yeah performance enhancing drugs which would be the main concern but then the other drugs would be out of principal, i'm sure they test for both though.

Outside of season the Olympics can't do anything for non-performance enhancing substances, he only has economic repercussions if some of his sponsors pull out.

It's just good to see stark contradictions to propaganda.

Look at the anti-marijuana adds out these days.

I liked how Swatch told the media "It's a personal issue" and would'nt be pulling his endorsements.. neither will Nike. Some people are just so fucking retarded, one lady sent an email to CNN saying how he isnt an American hero anymore and they should take down all his pictures at her sons school swim team.

On a side note.. I saw phelps on Colbert and he seemed like a douche.
