Yo dude,

Just spent 15 years in the pen -- you know why?  Cus I was a fucking coke and meth addict.  My point is you need to get away from the shit that's gonna take over your life and make it unmanageable, like whatever your shooting.  Because it can and usually does get out of hand (no pun intended), and certainly nothing good comes from it except that short term good feeling of the rush, then it's back to shitty reality, which is even shittier because you spent all your money getting your fix.  Now, you've got to figure out how you're going to get your next one.

I certainly could not stop by myself and it took many years in prison before I actually had a chance to come out and possibly be free from my addiction.  But you know what, after that time came, I still had more time to do on my sentence.  What a fucking waste of my life.

Anyway, hope that doesn't happen to you.  Good luck and give it up!

I still feel like shit:tongue: woke up every hour and puked my brains out. Luckily my hand is feelin a little better. I guess it is a good thing this happened because I'm not doin it again. Now i gotta stopped sniffin it too so I can quit completely.

i,ve been off of heroin for 6 months now. i wasted 10 years of my life with it. quit snorting it now. i know its tough, but cold turkey is the way to go. get it all over at once. the best advice i can give you to help ease the dope sickness is eat as much as possible. no matter if you're hungry or not. eat lots of cheese and bread. eat anything that would normally constipate you. it will help keep your stomach from turning into soup. and remember that the death flu feeling is really in your head. honestly, it really is. i figured out how to fight dope sickness a few years before i quit, and it made all the difference. as long as i didn't let my stomach get all fucked up, i was fine and could still function okay. good luck to you on quitting. you owe it to yourself to live a good/happy life without the dope.

Not sure about this advice: But maybe marijuana would help with some of the symptoms of quitting heroin. Like any stomach problems you may get. Good luck!
