all flaws and secrets and fears, i just let go of it all. Any drama, family or friends, i saw it for what it was. i don't know what happened that day but it was definitely a blessing. I haven't been able to get to that state since, and it's a shame because i would love nothing more.

i think you should forget about chakras
when the experienced happened you weren't concerned about it

this is the important bit, to be unbias & simply look
so much laughter comes from seeing that even the personal drama is a role
that consciousness is playing it all
that this 'me' that has caused so much trouble stress & egoic self importance
is nothing but a character being played by that infinite consciousness
its like the weight of the world lifted from your shoulders right?

the only thing you need to do is find that unbiased place in you again

so where in you is a place that is unbias?

see that if something is biased that it is infront of you
any comment is biased tbh, so any comment...
just watch that
the watching isnt biased
so then watch that
watch the watcher

the watcher is unbiased & universally present in the heart of all beings
so stay watching the watcher
nuggets of illumination spontaniously springs from simply doing this
