Substrate Info

I'm looking for some information on substrates for casings. Right now i'm using store bought 2-2 manure/compost. and the mycelium is having a hard time colonizing it. I'm looking into a 50/50 Casing of a peat moss base or a coir base, mixed with vermiculite, crushed oyster shells and lime. does anyone have any suggestions on these substrates or possibly others that work well for bulk production. i'm also growing treasure coast strain if that matters with any of these substrates. thanks for any info or advice.
