possible Bulk substrates ?

I want to try out bulk growing, but have had no luck finding poo. I live in finland so incase you give advice on where to find poo you should prolly make it very general  :tongue: I know where I can get straw though. Anyway the real question in this post is What substrates could I use that do not include dung? I've searched and read faqs and teks, but I was hoping some more info would turn up with answers to this post  :grin:

Don't use hay, it sucks, bad. Azmodeus, didn't I just send you a pm about hay? Maybe not, but hay still sucks. Use straw. See shroomgod, you obviously missed it in the faqs and teks. It's as good a bulk substrate as their ever was and I never hesitated to use from the day I discovered it years ago. I only used dungs if I had them. If I didn't, I defaulted onto shroomgods wisdom.

thanks y'all
I spawned some b+ (didn't have anything else ready at the time) in straw. Tried shroomgod's pasturization tek and a bleach tek. Now it can just sit around til around 7 jan cuz i dont think i'll be around to see it til then, man it'll smell if it goes bad eh?
