time warrner and felons

Im going in for this onboard background check. So far i havn't disclosed my felony. Should i. From my experiance only a few companies actually check. I think this might be on. Also im in NC but all my convictions are in MI do you think they will find out>>>

yah thats what im saying. I dont think they higher felons sence ill be going into ppl's houses. I just hope they dont find out before i start...

nope, i think ill be good. How do you know they check. All companies say they do but they don't. Ive only had it come up twice and ive had like 20 different jobs.
