oh yeah.... when i trip i usually try to sit and meditate it really helps the visuals. i slow my breath down but breathe deep and almost, but not quite, forcefully filling your lower lungs ( stomach pushes out) then the visuals slowly pulse with my breath. it is sooooo coool. try it some time.
I agree too. It is possible to control the flow of ur visuals when u relax and the pattern of ur breathing. I noticed that when i sit back and take some deep breathes on a heavy acid trip, the patterns and visuals just flow like water. if i panic or am busy and breathing fast everything sort of pops out at me, and becomes intense. I get more visuals this way and everything starts to grow arms and eyes.
