breathing?

I have tripped numerous amounts of times and for the most part enjoyed them. Theres one thing though. For some reason everytime i trip I seem to have trouble breathing. Somehow i forget to breath, and sometimes i almost have to force my self to take big deep breaths. Either that or i cant even tell if i am or not. Is this just a loop in my mind or can i do something about this to make the trip better such as breathing techniques and so on....??

i think this is quite common on higher dose trips -- you really are breathing, but you convince yourself that you aren't ... and then of course you "forget how to breathe" which can be quite frightening. but you seem to always survive so i wouldn't worry about the breathing thing

lol when i was on my 2 hit trip i couldn't work the fuckin A/C and when i was on my 3 1/2 hit trip i didn't know how to turn off my TV because I didn't know what the fuck my remote control was ... lol :wink: 

you know what it reminds me of is being little, because you don't know how to work the remote control and you get very frustrated just like a little kid ... did that make any sense ...???

i figured it was just my head. i also feel the same way when im trippin. I remember this one time I had made a sandwhich and after I sat there thinking what it was, what i should do with it, and what its purpose was for. Hehe
