thats possible. a time machine in 2012. it's literally the end of time as man knows it. a time machine plays with the fabric of time. a time machine could literally stop time in any certain moment. End of time could mean end of time actually being out of control. If we invent a time machine and become in control of it then thats the end of actual human time.

I like free markets and all. Truly I do, at least in general, but there needs to be some kind of oversight in recognition of sustainability. Life works the same way, on a bunch of sustainable systems. Why not honor what made us what we are and take some lessons? Nature FTW!

i don't take the 2012 date too literally. i believe it's more of a metaphor if anything about the globalization of human beings and the brand new implications that has for us in this new millennium. :earth:

Ok, as one travels closer and closer to the speed of light, they are actually traveling into the future. Ever hear of.. when your on a plane and you take off, your actually traveling into the future about 1.5 minutes. As you actually pass the speed of light, you then travel back in time.

People rely on mechanical devices too much to do thing for them, one day we will harness the power of the brain and we will be able to do things such as travel into time and through the universe just by brain power. Not much is possible with mechanical equipment yet, thats because all those things have mass and weight. As one travels closer and closer to the speed of light, it begins to weigh heavier and it takes more and more fuel to keep it moving faster. That is why its impossible now but we have made mechanics with our brain power, why not travel through time and space where ever we want to go with our brain power also???

Are you sure flying on a plane puts you in the future?

Also light speed travel wouldn't actually change time it would all be relative. Haven't you ever read Ender's Game?

I am the same way lately.

I wear tie-dye and smoke a lot of pot, but I just cannot put up with these constant moronic prophecies of Earth-Death and environmental and political hysteria.
