It's funny because I was just thinking the other day about if the economy collapses where will I go.

I thought about living in the woods, building a cabin, and surviving off myself and nature.

I am coming to see through myself that 2012 will not be this flattering single pointed event that will transform the entire world. Not that I really believed that it would, but you probably know how it is with deep profound mushroom peaks. Truth can just seem so within reach..

Anyways, I'm convinced that we're in a gradual transition, as a group consciousness, and I am also aware of possible catalysts which can instigate rapid change. Overall though I keep in mind that we are indeed shifting, in the same way that we live moment to moment, so is earth and its funny people living, shifting, in its own frame of time.

We've got the UFO deal, perhaps the most misunderstood meme of all. IMO, you've got to be open to its potential reality in the light of its memetic survival across time. Even if there's nothing at the door in the future, it'd be good reason to assume that it can be found somewhere in our ancient past. I myself have never encountered one before, but yet I choose to believe in it loosely. I think I'd be in a better mental position to accept the possibility of aliens visiting tomorrow rather than dismissing the model entirely and losing my fucking mind if the "big weirdness" ever does occur in my lifetime. :tongue:

Tying this back to 2012, i guess what I'm saying is that a big change is basically inevitable. Even without a catalyst, such as a UFO, human beings are stuck in a rut right now by having reached global status. The days when worlds were apart are now over. Back then nation tribes were discovering continents and exploring the terrain. Now we've seen it all. We've all met each other. We've stood on every piece of land. What are we going to do now?

That's the underline of 2012 I think. We are being faced with the need for conservation. Resources are clearly finite whereas souls just keep on arriving. We know that our machines won't run forever, as much as we may want to ignore it.

But who's in control? It can certainly not be us, I mean, I myself am usually way too busy during the day to be in control of spaceship earth management. I'll let the others do that for me, I'll let them do it. Them.

That's who's in control and I vote for this as long as I spend money.

But I don't feel right with that at all!

I feel that

a group consciousness needs to form, an organization that can nullify the anti christ with light and love, a mystery group, that is part of society, yet also totally apart from it. A way with a value system, a paradigm, that redefines our attitudes about death and extraterrestrial contact. We should be happily prepared to welcome both, while in the meantime, being able to live our lives to the fullest and in harmony with natural earth, dancing to the music of the sun..

That's my personal vision at least.
It's how I feel about THE BEGINNING OF THE END right this moment.

It may change right to the next. :grin:

The chains weigh heavily in such a period as now, frustratingly so since now is the very time that we must cast off our burden and focus. Personally, I am taking simple steps.

Greet the sun as it rises, to extend the time we have. Begin the day by moving the body, then nourish it with food. Engage the mind in vigorous exercise, and also rest it. Marijuana helps if it has come to be a positive energy for you, otherwise steer clear. Meditation, along with the aid of technology such as brainwave entraining programs can also be of use. The presence of music must be enjoyed, but also its absence. If you are in a relationship, the key is to create mutual fulfillment and harmony. If this can be achieved, a relationship is no hindrance to personal refinement...

There are many tools, but lack of them has never been the problem. Choose a path and walk, that is all we can do for now...

whether "we"change or not, we as a whole have done too much damage to are mother, and she is pissed and wants us gone. and since are mother is so vast we are considered a disease or a bacteria, our goal is to survive even if it means we have to burrow deeper and kill our mother for that last second of life.

anyway, I am sick of people arguing, all the times bout this or that, whether one should read this book or that.. and so on...
many people on this forum will agree on the "change" date of 2012, some others will not, they say no, its just a winter solace, other say its 2013.. and than a speculations on what will happen, like mass alien invasion, or planet x, annunaki, the greys, nuclear war, massive floods etc.

All i have to say to you all. It does not matter what will happen and when. Cuz we can not do nothing really to prevent or change this "revolution". It will happen. And it won't happen overnight. What is the scenario? It is unknown. It does not matter.
So then what? What does matter?

Live your life in peace, in harmony with others in harmony with nature... give love, receive love... light light light.. :wink:
If one does the opposite, he/she will benefit him self(perhaps) and our service to self, manipulating, "illuminated elite" society.
But if one brings love and light, with all attendants... then we will benefit all.

zacharia sitchin according to wiki

i know that debate was fairly old but i had to comment on it nonetheless. 2012 will come and go like any other year. but just incase i will have some DMT on hand for the sunrise!

I've read some Sitchin  awhile back but am cynical towards it and I just want to be open to experience and not rely on book knowledge as much. 
How can anyone say with certainty what will or will not happen leading up to the end of 2012?  I doubt anything will happen either but just the possiblilities give me a bit of hope for the human race because I do believe without a doubt that the way society is set up now cannot continue for an extended period of time.  If that includes a raised collective consciousness of people understanding their connection the the earth and to each other and bringing about positive change then bring it on, the sooner the better.
