99.99999999999% of the people on this planet don't even know what that means!  and the .00000000000000001 that do are just as full of shit as the people who don't know.

No one knows ANYTHING of what will happen, not even the Mayan elders who inherited the calender.

A higher vibration, cosmic love? 

How about alien visitation on a global scale, like another Will Smith movie, Independence Day, only this time, the aliens aren't here for war...

I did not get from this post that someone/thing/event is going to transform us into higher dimensions or awareness over night. What I took overall from this post is that we are going to have to do the work ourselves...unify and accept and learn and that at our source we are one, and to hurt another is only hurting yourself. What I got from this post is exactly what I have learnt from the spirits of mushrooms, acid, and dmt that we must stop arguing and come together with one vision of living in peace with and loving each other and the rest of mother earth. And I am fucking down with that! I don't want to have to weep feeling the victims pains of the global genocide that is going on anymore. Though I know I will shed many more tears, for I know we have many more troubles ahead. And it is posts and words like these that remind me that I am definately not alone in my level of empathy and they give me motivation to be strong on my path of helping others embrace light and love into their lives. So THANK YOU Shroomism for your loving support of humans spiritual awakening.

also the 2012 date is innaccurate... its supposedly way further in the future than that.

the mayans abbreviated their calenders in a way the confused people for awhile. they've since found other calenders with the date completely written out, which of course changes the prediction for whats supposed to happen in 2012

if there is going to be a change. i cant fucking wait. the world needs to change.

i tend to think that this change is going to be a violent one however. i think we will have many global catastophies all within a short period of time. possibly due to a polar flip. its happened numerous times in our planets history, and we all know history repeats itself.

if i do not die during the calamities, ill be ready. mentally and physically.

I've been thinking of doing wilderness survival training.. but if nothing happens as far as a pole shift is concerned, I will be better suited to live in the woods - which would be awesome.

do it. its worth it. ive been training for years. ive always been an avid camper, and even before i started learning about the possibilities of calamity and economy breakdown and whatever other crap there is out there to scare the hell out of you, i always thought it would be kickass to know survival skills. it can apply in many cases, not just earth changing cases.

i figure its time and money well spent. if i never need these skills, all the better. if i do, im well prepared. if all i have is a knife, im golden. if i dont have a knife, i can still live decently. also, if i ever get tired of humanity and society, ill just go live in the woods. :smile:

not nearly as easy as when its dry :grin: but with practice it can be done. i suggest practicing that one ALOT. takes lots of spinning to dry them out.

The end to the world won't happen on Dec 21 2012. Instead our sun will simply be crossing the galactic equator, signifying the end of the mayan long count calendar (unless, as someone stated that already happened in 1998). We are only going to be reaching the end of a recorded cycle, just as 12:00 midnight means nothing more than the end of the day... And at the end of every day a new day begins.

I hope there's an axial shift, so that the sahara ends up as the north or south pole, and that antartica heats up and clears up.

I bet there is some fascinating archaeology waiting under all that ice.
