Cultivating male sexual energy

This has been a common theme in my life, as I am very interested and intrigued by taoist esoteric yoga and it's teachings of cultivating sexual energy.

I know not everyone wants to hear this, but ever since I stopped ejaculating (yet there is still sex) I have felt the presence of this new life force. This life force is a greater flow of creativity, expression, love, bliss, sexual energy, and other such manifestations of this forgotten natural gift.

I have tried ejaculating, just to see how much I would feel drained of this new life force I have been recently cultivating. Every time I feel my life force leaving me and it takes days to recover. When I ejaculate I feel less creative, connected, expressive, aware, conscious. And every time I do this test (or taoist scientific experiment I like to call) the feelings become so much more real, and the more drained I become. It takes the body SO MUCH to produce this source of energy - or whatever it is.

So open the Microcosmic Orbit, hold the semen in and cultivate the mass energy it contains and be a good Taoist!

Are there any of you who have observed and experienced this phenomena within? Feel the chi working the brain?

i'm currently reading his book The Multi Orgasmic Man.

I have experimented with this and did not notice all this. Too much ejaculation or too much abstinence both seem to create imbalance but it takes a lot of leaning in one direction to really throw one off balance IMO.

Been studying "Cultivating Male Sexual Energy" for about a year now (he tells you in this book to study it until you fully got it, and I'm sure I don't)

This guy is something, the fact that he hosts a dark room retreat, IMO, makes him a truly legit master - bringing back the roots of taoism and their use of dark room. Especially after hearing about his DR experiences!


HUMAN PRIMORDIAL FORCE

Taoist history goes back to the time when everybody was living in nature and in caves. They discovered what we call the Wu Chi, the Original Force or Primordial Force. In those times, the Chinese started connecting with nature and feeling the forces of nature. “In the Taoism of my lineage,” says Master Chia, “the origin goes back to the Wu Chi, the Supreme Natural Power in the universe—in Western terminology, God. It means ‘nothingness,' but it is filled with ‘Dark Matter,' the subtle sub-atomic entities.”

Humans also store part of the primordial force. Starting from the beginning of conception when the egg and sperm come together in the first cell—this cell has the power to draw upon the primordial force, combine with it and form what comes to be a human. Just as when the first cell divides and multiplies, the subsequent reproductions from the original retain the capacity to draw upon the primordial force. The practice of the Inner Smile and the Six Healing Sounds will help to reunite with this force.

When the human body is formed, the sexual organ cells store part of the primordial force. The heart stores part of the original spirit (yuan shen) of the primordial force. The right kidney stores part of the primordial force that supports life and gives more life. When we combine our love, compassion and orgasmic sexual energy, a harmonizing resonance effect arises at the synergistic frequency of eight Hertz. In this state of activation, our cells will draw in the primordial force and a process of cellular intercourse occurs. DNA is transcribed in the nucleus and translated via RNA in the cytoplasm. Cells divide and combine, giving birth to new and improved cells. This cellular intercourse will also occur when we have stored enough of this combined sexual energy (jing) and then combine it with love and compassion energy. The kidneys store part of the primordial force and connect with the earth force, which also has the same eight Hertz frequency.

There are many rooting Chi Kung practices in Taoism to help ourselves to be energetically rooted into the earth in order to access its primordial force. Earth force is combined with the universal primordial force so that it is a source of the major force that is closest to the quality of human force. The Heavenly Primordial Force and the Earth Primordial Force combine with Human Original Primordial Force (such as the combination of creative life forces at human conception of the first cell). Thus, we can give our new cells' DNA the support of the creative life forces that nurtured our first cell—original reproductions, but genetically enhanced versions through the power of ‘positive personal engineering'.

Agreed, sometimes the energy is just too much and I have to ejaculate. Too much energy = unbalance. Maybe if I were as mastered as Mantak Chia I could never ejaculate yet remain totally centered.

i remember him speaking of exchanging your excess yang energy with a female partner who can absorb it. that way the build up of sexual energy would not overwhelm you.

Yes he talks about that in the book I am reading, male and female work together like a single entity exchanging energies making the cultivation of this sexual energy not as "overwhelming" like you mentioned.

Yet he talks about methods for those men without partners, and how they can cultivate this sexual energy and still remain centered. That is why he stresses so much that it is important to open the microcosmic orbit before you start trying to cultivate this energy.

I can relate to this. If I have a lot of sex I feel drained. Same if I overeat/eat crap. I'm not sure if it has to do with "primordial life force" or not but if I abstain for like a week, I feel like I have more energy and clear thinking comes easily. Same with fasting...it's almost like a small dose of mescaline. It takes a lot of energy to digest food (up to 25%!) and I imagine the same is true for growing a perpetual army of sperm. It only seems natural to me, that if our bodies are using a limited amount of energy to run house, and a bunch of that energy is freed up, it will show up elsewhere.

Food definitely has something to do with it, eating unhealthy food is so much for your body to process and this cuts off receptivity to energy.  I don't think they would feed you BBQ beef at Vipassana meditation retreats :lol:

to open the microcosmic orbit first is reasonable, after all the energy needs to flow.

i think a macrobiotic diet would greatly help when it comes to food. excess yang could be balanced by moderately eating yin foods. but regardless of whether we are trying to cultivate our sexual energy or not, healthy eating habits are always an integral part of happiness and well-being. :yesnod:

This certainly is true in my experience. It seems when I do not use my sexual energy it is cultivated. It stays stored in the body giving me more vitality and greater sustained energy throughout the day. Also when I ejaculate it is almost as if my spiritual development stops until I recover from the release of energy. My meditations are much less fruitful, yoga is at a much lesser intensity, and just the flow of the day seems to be less harmonious! I truthfully believe that there is a connection, the pattern is consistent.
Also there is quite a body of evidence in the yogic/tantric philosophic text that will attest the to the fact that semen is the fluid which hold a lot of energy and gives the body vitality, a quick google search would suffice. Some of it may be backed up by western scientific research, but the yogic text have about 6000 years or more of experience to back up their findings, which is enough for me. -peace

Yes

when I was off at my own place I lost interest in things sexual and did not ejaculate for at least a week.

Then I thought to do tantric masturbation and had a LOT of chi to work with, I was really surprised.

I am not a master at this and wound up ejaculating, quite volcanically.

Needless to say my chi level is now a lot lower, and I have heedlessly spent the seed two times in the past 2 days.

I would say people are dense and not willing to listen yet I do not know as I have not really tried to talk to them.

But this is clearly a superior method. Why wouldn't you want:
multiple orgasms
increased vitality?
You aren't losing anything but not ejaculating. You are gaining everything. It feels better, the orgasms are really long.

(circumcision is evil and malfunctional.)
