How the hell is it safer? I disagree dude... I think driving stick keeps me more in tune with the road cuz I gotta use both feet, both hands and know what gear I'm in (which comes naturally with practice).

Makes it kind of a bitch to talk on the phone or really fuck around at all in your car while driving

Although I can agree that automatic IS safer in some aspects... I do have a lot of fun; maybe too much fun sometimes...:rolleyes:
But I don't do stupid and risky shit and I especially don't street race.

Been driving manual for so long now that it REALLY fucks me up to drive automatic... I keep kicking for the clutch and nearly freak when i slam my foot into the floor.  My braking is all choppy as well. That and driving automatic is soooo boring.

I love manuals, but i've never owned one. Unless you're buying a luxury sedan, go with the manual. They give you more control and slightly better gas mileage.

Well it depends on what you're driving. If you're going to be driving in rush-hour traffic everyday (i.e. you live in LA or something) I'd say an automatic, because manuals suck balls in stop and go. They're also a pain in very hilly areas...

More fun sometimes, but much more inconvenient other times.

You can have cruise control in a manual transmission. My wifes car has it.

I buy manual transmissions because they are cheaper. Cheaper to buy, cheaper to maintain, and burns less gas.

It definitely depends on what and especially WHERE you're driving.

In traffic, an automatic is preferable no matter what wheel you're behind. On hilly, curvy roads without traffic, you might prefer a manual tranny.

There are too many variables to make one decision, save for the fact that you can push-start a manual in a dead battery situation.

I voted auto because I'm all about ease and comfort, but I enjoy shifting the gears on my Harley.

Too many variables!

I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
