Known killers behind major religions

Think about it: the three so-called abrahamitic religions, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, were all founded by killers:
  • Moses, the founder of Judaism, killed an egyptian with his own hands.
  • Paul of Tarsus, the founder of Christianity, killed followers of Jesus before he switched sides and took over their movement.
  • Muhammed, the founder of Islam, was a warlord who killed hundreds of people.
Would you trust anyone of these three to sell you a used car?

Yeah, but Moses was told to kill by the real God himself. Everyone else just imagined God's sanction. Well, that's what the (paraphrased) pope said recently. :yesnod:

milarepa - the tibetan buddhist patriarch of greatest merit was a murderer too.

I think it is better not to aspire too far in these orders or you may have to incriminate yourself or at least delve into the dark side.

I once maliciously cut up my brother's boots - incorrigible! and I have divorced (horror); but one day I put a hook in a salamander and went fishing, and it was so horrribbblle, I can't bear to think of it - but I must, phew!.
